Se conoció oficialmente el resultado del Escrutinio Definitivo de las Elecciones Primarias en Las Colonias. El actual senador Rubén Pirola amplió su ventaja y rozó los 28 mil votos según los datos oficiales.
Si bien en diputados el Frente Progresista llegó a los 30.353 votos, por candidatos Antonio Bonfatti obtuvo 23.904 votos.
Para gobernador Miguel Del Sel ganó con 19.511 pero la sumatoria del Frente Progresista llega a 20.724 sufragios.
